1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the nogb88 website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with nogb88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player") and nogb88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. Where any translation of these Terms is made available as a courtesy, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a player account on nogb88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party representatives may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing account on the Platform. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated on duplicate accounts may be voided.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling in general under any self-exclusion programme you have voluntarily joined.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of nogb88 or any of its affiliates.

We reserve the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

2.1 Account Verification

nogb88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. At any point — including before approving a withdrawal — we may ask you to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity card (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details). Failure to supply requested documents within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in suspension of your withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nogb88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nogb88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We may at our discretion add or remove payment channels at any time. Any change to available payment methods will be communicated on the Platform prior to taking effect.

3.2 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• nogb88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to account verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated.
• nogb88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested from accounts with active bonus funds will be subject to the relevant bonus wagering requirements before release.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

nogb88 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of nogb88 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.

5 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nogb88 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or to exploit bonus structures jointly.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to a valid transaction made to nogb88.
• Reverse Bonus Abuse: Deliberately placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes solely to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Minors: Attempting to register or play if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.

nogb88 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any decision made by our compliance team following an investigation is final and binding.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on nogb88 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted up to the point at which an event commences, or up to the closing of the relevant live betting market during an event.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, nogb88 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. nogb88 will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are set at the Platform's sole discretion. These limits will be displayed in the relevant markets where applicable.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently verified to be random and fair.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• Game-specific rules, paytables, and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game or available from the game provider's documentation.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment and may require additional identity checks.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The decisions of the dealer are final once the round is closed. Disconnection from a live game session does not entitle the player to a stake refund if a wager was already placed and confirmed before the disconnection occurred.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal of funds will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to breach of these Terms), any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of nogb88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to These Terms
